Bakery items are made onsite. Items include muffin tops, scones, sticky pecan rolls and cinnamon rolls, just to name a few.

COFFEE
Coffee is brewed every morning, and most beans are ground on site. Blends go from light to dark and there is usually a flavored coffee as well as decaf and an acid free coffee, upon request.
ENTREE
Breakfast and lunch are served from 6:30am-2pm. Specialties include ham balls, Norske meatballs and many more options such as soup and bagel and lox when available.
SNACKS
If you're looking for something special, with a Norwegian twist, try one of our specialties made onsite, by Rod himself. Options include lefse with butter and brown or white sugar, kringla or homemade strawberry pie.
